Spiritual Formation

We offer students a sacred space to reflect and recalibrate their lives toward more availability to the transforming power of the Spirit that leads to a more self-aware and authentic leader.

Mentoring

Students receive one-on-one mentorship from a WOF Leader who will provide them with support, accountability and a safe place to share the nuances of their life with.

Ministry Service

Students engage in ministry or teaching practicums that are educational and experiential opportunities for growth in ministry skills in a "learning-by-doing" environment.

Theological Studies

We utilize the Leadership Series curriculum which helps the student employ the New Testament as a manual for church development, particularly through the keys taught in the Book of Acts and the Pauline Epistles.
